Over 32,000 people participated in the cruise line survey, giving a total score of 93.1, surpassing all other cruise lines in the large and small vessel classes. Never before has any categorical medium included in the survey achieved such a continual following.

The Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Award is regarded as the one of the premier honors that can be bestowed upon any of the categories included; airline, hotel, city, rental agency, island and, of course, cruise line. Participants in the award survey rated cruise lines according to their Activities/Facilities, Crew/Service, Food/Dining, Cabins, Design/Layout, Itineraries and Shore Excursions.

A confirmation, if needed, of Crystal Cruises superior offerings was provided in August of 2008, when they were voted “World’s Best Large Ship Cruise Line” through readers of Travel & Leisure.
