My brother is considering getting a travel agent license, and wants to look into travel partnerships with cruise lines. I thought maybe another member here might know something about the subject; maybe you’ve worked through a travel partner to book a cruise. Does anyone have any ideas on how to become a travel partner with Carnival Cruise, for example? Carnival seems to be a widely used cruise line, so it seems as though there would be plenty of opportunities to get leads through them as a travel partner. Questions he has are 1) is there a cost to be a partner? 2) is there an application process to become one?
