It’s a little embarrassing to ask this question, but here goes nothing. How does someone go about looking for a female travel companion for a cruise? I’m a single guy, and want to take a cruise. Unfortunately, with my work schedule, its hard to meet women. Its definitely more fun to share an experience like a cruise, so I’d like to find someone that shares my interests and would enjoy the cruise. I don’t do the singles scene, like bars and stuff, so I’m not sure where to look to find a cruise companion. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Cruise Lines have forums and cruise message boards where travelers can post such question, as well as independent websites like www.cruise-reviews.com or www.cruisemates.com. Also, have you given any thought to being a gentleman escort for cruises? Many cruise lines offer this opportunity to gentlemen who wish to have cruise experience and enjoy the company of several women on the cruise. You would be screened, of course, but it may be an answer as well.
