I have a question. I’m sure everyone has heard of all inclusive vacations, usually a resort, where everything from food to drink to activities is included in the price paid for the vacation. Here is my question: is there such a thing as a travel cruise all inclusive trip? It seems it would be so much easier to just pay one price for everything. I understand that on a cruise all of the food is included, but not alcoholic drinks, is that right? And if you go ashore at ports, you have to pay all costs incurred. Anyone know of an all-inclusive cruise?
All Inclusive??
All inclusive is the way many cruises are described, but it doesn’t really cover EVERYTHING. You will still be responsible for tips, for tours on shore, for activities on shore excursions, and the like. However, there are luxury cruises that truly are all inclusive. These cruise lines will plan your entire cruise experience, from air fare in to air fare out, if you so desire. While the air fare is an option, the cruise amenities come with the cruise cost. They will work with you to help choose your destination, guided tours on shore, plan your meals, provide butler service, and more. In these types of cruises, everything is included in your price, even tips. These cruises are usually have fewer passengers, probably so they can devote the staff time on those select passengers traveling. For a traditional cruise on one of the major cruise lines, these amenities are not included. This works out well for many people who wish to choose their activities as they go, and pay accordingly
