All the cruises I’ve been looking at seem to be filled with people; I mean LOTS of people. I think I would like to learn more about small cruise ships, if there is such a thing. Small, yet still have a luxury feel so that I can still feel pampered.
I think that a passenger would get more personalized attention, and not be overwhelmed, if the cruise ship were a bit more intimate. It would be quieter, without such a party attitude, also, which would be more relaxing for me. Is there such a thing as a small cruise ship?

Absolutely! There are many private cruise lines that offer trips on small yet very luxurious yachts to exotic destinations. With amenities like gourmet meals, private, stocked refrigerators, beautiful and fancy accommodations, you will definitely be pampered and spoiled.
The destinations are varied, so you would need to narrow down where you would like to go first. Panama, Costa Rica, the Mediterranean…..you can have your choice. These luxury cruises can vary between 15-20 people for a sailing cruise, to up to 100 people for a yachting cruise.
Either way, you will be enrobed in luxury.
