I’m thinking of a cruise to an island; maybe to the island of Antigua. I read about the island, and it sounds absolutely beautiful!! I’m not as concerned about cost as I am quality of the cruise, so all input from anyone who has taken such a cruise is appreciated. I’m sure there must be better cruises than others, and I’d rather take the best one, based on experiences of others. I’m looking for a cruise that caters to me, and makes me feel pampered and special on my vacation. Can anyone recommend any cruise lines that travel to Antigua?

Hi,Desiree: In regard to your question, there are many quality cruise lines that regularly offer cruises to islands including Antigua. You can literally take your pick of cruise lines for this trip. It truly is a beautiful island. I would recommend visiting during the Carnival, which is held usually at the end of July (I would check for exact dates with the cruise line you choose). They celebrate their history and their culture, so it is a great way to get to know the island. The Carnival lasts for 10 days, so you should be able to find a cruise that will be visiting the island during that time.
