A few years ago, I took a Mississippi river cruise, and now I'm hooked on river cruises. You see so much of the landscape this way!! I would love to go one step further and take a river cruise overseas.

What are the best places to see, the best rates, best times to go, what to pack, stuff like that. Oh, and do I need to do anything in particular before taking the trip; documentation, shots or anything?
