Want an Awful Vacation?????Cruise With Royal Caribbean!!!!!

Do you want to take a vacation and have an awful time? Do you want to spend a lot of money for a vacation only to find out you would have rather flushed that money down the toilet? If your answer is yes to the above questions then I suggest that you take a cruise on Royal Caribbean.

8 of us from work decided a year ago to save our money and take a nice cruise to Bermuda on Royal Caribbean......WRONG!!!!!!!!!! When we docked in Bermuda we spent the first day on the beaches. On the way back we were in a bus accident, thank God none of us were hurt badly, we basically just got a few cuts.

Cruise Ships' Quest for Innovation

As more and more vacationers take to the high seas, cruise lines are building more ships to meet up with demand. To be more competitive, the cruise lines have turned to innovation to draw cruisers to their ships. Let’s take a look at their innovative ideas.

Crime and the Cruise Ship

Senator John Kerry introduced The Cruise Vessel Security and Safety Act of 2008 on June 26, 2008 following hearings on cruise ship safety. Reps Doris Matsui and Christopher Shays held similar hearings last year. Will this Act make a difference in security and safety on cruise ships?

Cruiseline Deadline for Pass Port

Hey everyone. I am looking into research on taking my first cruise. My husband and I are excited to finally be doing this.
Here's the problem. Since we have never been on a cruise before, we are not familiar with the policies as far as passports. Hubby has travelled abroad before and has a passport. Neither me nor the baby have gotten a passport yet.
We're looking at booking in August since that is the only time we can take off from work.

U.S. Government to start Fingerprinting Foreign Travelers

The U.S. government is considering plans to start fingerprinting foreign travelers. This will include cruisers as they leave the USA.
Homeland Security Department, would require cruise lines to collect fingerprints from passengers as they board ships in Miami and other U.S. ports. Airlines would have to collect fingerprints at airports. Only foreigners would be fingerprinted, not U.S. citizens. We may expect delays for everyone at cruise ship terminals, when this requirement comes into effect.

Crew members of the yacht Le Ponant released!

Although this does not happen everywhere, I was surprise to learn that we do still have pirates in high seas. This was shocking for me but I do not think this warrants anyone to postphone or stop you from planning your next cruise vacation.

On Friday thirty crew members of the yacht Le Ponant were released near Somalia. French troops have arrested six pirates. The French officials had been in negotiations with the pirates since the previous Sunday.
