A family vacation is a great way for everyone to bond and become closer. When it comes to costs, however, there are limited options for getaways that families can afford. The Family Travel Forum has taken some of the guesswork out of the affordable vacations, and put together a list of the 10 top cheap vacations for families

2) Lake Tahoe. For people who live in California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe proves to be an affordable option for family vacation with good weather and activities.

7) Premier Inn, Europe. That’s right; an international hotel chain across Europe that is affordable for families, at only $75.00 per night and offering inexpensive breakfast options.
8) Candlewood Suites. Offering suites that bring the comforts and conveniences of home with kitchens, laundry and extra sleeping options with sofa beds, Candlewood Suites are a great value to families.
9) Jellystone Park Camps/Resorts. Found in areas across the US and Canada, Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park systems have family cabins starting at $80.00 per night that accommodate six people. Activities vary depending on the area.
10) Eurocamp. Again an affordable European family vacation; starting at only $6 per night for tents with upgrades to furnished cottages and waterparks.
